In April, USF flipped away St. Augustine (Fla.) High quarterback Locklan Hewlett from Wake Forest, and on Saturday, the Bulls landed another prospect who was formerly committed to the ACC school. Baltimore St. Frances Academy’s Jeremiah Koger, a three-star prospect and No. 37 prospect from Maryland per On3, announced his decommitment from Wake Forest Wednesday. He completed the flip by making it public that he’ll take his talents down to Tampa to play for Alex Golesh and the Bulls. Koger earned a scholarship offer from USF April 18, and took an official visit to campus June 18-20, per sources….
