Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has posted an emotional goodbye after completing a transfer to Southampton. Ramsdale’s exit was certain this summer after falling down the pecking order to David Raya, limiting his game time at Arsenal. The goalkeeper has joined Southampton on a permanent deal to end his three-year association with the Gunners. It’s a great shame to see the England international leave however, a transfer was essential for the ‘keeper’s career.
