A 24-year-old man from Paterson has been arrested for stabbing another person following a fit of road rage on Route 4 in Paramus, officials announced Friday. The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said Christian A. Velez is charged with first-degree attempted murder, third-degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
