Plans for more than 100 new homes in a Norfolk town are set to be given the green light. Breckland Council has been recommended by planning officers to approve the proposals for new housing in Swaffham. This would see 150 homes, ranging from one to four bedrooms, built across the 15-acre site off Sporle Road.
