Italy has arrested the assets of businessman Alexey Fedorychev. Nearly $45 million was seized at the request of the Ukrainian Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, according to Corriere Fiorentino and Reuters. In Ukraine, Fedorychev is suspected of illegally obtaining port fees. The Russian millionaire is the president of the Monaco basketball club.
