Residents of temporarily occupied territories in Ukraine may face a lack of heating if they do not possess a Russian passport, according to the National Resistance Center of Ukraine (NRC). According to the NRC, Russians threaten to deny heating to those who have not renewed their contracts with heating suppliers.
