More than 7,200 new listings hit New Jersey’s real estate market last month at a median price of $536,875, according to the latest Realtor.com data. That ranks New Jersey 13th in the nation for median prices. New Jersey was one of just six states that saw fewer homes listed for sale in February than in the previous year.
