One of New Jersey’s oldest craft breweries has filed for bankruptcy, deep in debt months after a merger deal with another South Jersey brewery fell through. The Flying Fish Brewery Company of Somerdale filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Thursday, citing $1.3 million in assets against $9.3 million in liabilities.
