A historic high street pub is up for auction – more than a year after it closed its doors for the final time. The Globe Inn, in Hythe, is due to go under the hammer in June. Earlier this month,the pub was reduced in price from £325,000 to £275,000 after it was first put on the market in August 2023. And it is now up for auction with Clive Emson on Wednesday, June 12, featuring a guide price of £190,000.
