Some vessels of Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, known as petrol berthed at Lagos Ports on Tuesday to end fuel scarcity. The Nigerian Port Authority disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday, noting that several petroleum ships were awaiting to berth at the Lagos Ports.
