Japan midfielder Daichi Kamada is leaving Lazio and is set to hold talks with English Premier League clubs including Crystal Palace, a source familiar with the matter said Friday. The 27-year-old, who joined Lazio on a free transfer last summer, saw limited game time under their previous manager Maurizio Sarri, but has been heavily relied upon after Igor Tudor took over the Italian Serie A side in March.
