Turkish company Turkcell has announced the sale of the Ukrainian mobile operator Lifecell to the French investment company NJJ Capital, owned by billionaire Xavier Niel. The sale agreement was signed on December 29, according to the Turkish public disclosure platform. It is stated that the nominal value of the company was 12.7 billion UAH.
