A village pub has been shortlisted for yet another award as its impressive journey continues. The Angel at Watlington has been named among the national finalists in the Best Pub for Food category at the Great British Pub Awards. The venue will be up against the Hinds Head Bray in Berkshire, The Black Bull in Cumbria, The Bull’s Head Holymoorside in Derbyshire, The Kirkstyle Inn and Sportsman’s Rest in Northumberland, and The Longs Arms in Wiltshire.
