A foreign national confessed to participating in a scheme to distribute bulk quantities of fentanyl between Philadelphia and New Jersey, U.S. District Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced Tuesday. Hector Luis De La Cruz Nunez, 32, of the Dominican Republic pleaded guilty in Newark federal court to allegations of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute.
