CHICAGO — A 6-month-old baby was pronounced dead and her parents were injured after their car was hit by an SUV that ran a red light, according to Chicago police. The medical examiner’s office identified the baby as Josette Williams. Her parents were on their way to Comers Children’s Hospital because the 6-month-year-old had breathing difficulties.
