Two lanes are closed on the M20 following a crash and oil spill. The westbound carriageway was shut at around 6am this morning (March 31) between junction 4 for Leybourne and junction 2 for Wrotham due to the incident. Police officers and paramedics were called to the scene. By around 7.40am two lanes had reopened but two remained closed due to the oil spillage and debris.
