LAKE COUNTY, Fla. \- Frank Thomas Diviak, a 24-year-old from Altoona with a history of violent felonies, has been sentenced to five years in federal prison. Diviak pleaded guilty in April to charges of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon, possessing a stolen firearm, and stealing a firearm from a licensed dealer. The sentence follows a December 2023 incident where Diviak stole a revolver from a Lake County pawn shop and attempted to flee on his bicycle.
