A fire that broke out at a North Brunswick apartment complex Friday night left over 20 families and numerous pets displaced, authorities said Saturday. Around 8 p.m. Friday, North Brunswick Township first responders were dispatched to the Colony Oaks Apartment Complex on Petunia Drive in response to reports of a blaze inside the complex. At the scene, firefighters discovered a fire that originated from an in-unit dryer on the top floor of the complex, officials said.
