Can a civilian typist in a Nazi concentration camp have aided and abetted mass murder of more than 10,000 people? An arm of Germany’s Federal Court of Justice (BGH) began taking on this question on Wednesday. Irmgard F, who is now 99 years old, was handed a two-year suspended jail term in December 2022.
