Downham Town picked up their fourth successive league win as they continued their climb up the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division table this afternoon. Dale Stokes’ side had Rudy De Rocha and debutant Harley Murkin – signed from near-neighbours Wisbech Town – on target as they defeated Stowmarket Town 2-0 at the Memorial Field. After the game, the club took to X to say: “Solid home performance in a game we controlled throughout.
