The undamaged top of the spire that fell from the burning historic stock exchange in Copenhagen on Tuesday has been handed back to the building’s owners, the Danish Chamber of Commerce. Brian Mikkelsen, the Chamber’s chief executive, received the spire’s tip from an emergency worker on Wednesday morning. He described it as “a little light in the darkness” in a post on X.
