Harlem (N.Y.) Archbishop Stepinac four-star point guard Boogie Fland has committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks. Fland, a one-time Kentucky signee, requested his release from his National Letter of Intent with the Wildcats after the departure of John Calipari earlier this month.
